Vujis possessed market leading trade data but lacked a scalable engine to reach their ideal buyers who are exporters.
As a bootstrapped startup they needed to transition from founder led sales to a predictable and automated system without hiring a massive team. They had the product but not the process.
Goal
To build a lean and automated outbound infrastructure that drives international expansion.
The objective was to identify and engage high value manufacturers. We aimed to turn cold traffic into booked demos while keeping the Customer Acquisition Cost minimal.
