Launching a clinical trials platform requires trust, but they had no brand history or live product.
As a pre-revenue US startup in stealth mode, they faced the "cold start" problem. They needed to validate the product and secure commitments from busy clinical directors without a publicly live platform to show.
Goal
To engineer a pre-launch pipeline and secure a roster of beta users for Day 1.
The objective was to generate demand from scratch using cold outreach, ensuring they had high-value trial users ready to onboard and test the platform the moment the technology was released.
Solution
We executed a "Stealth-to-Launch" outbound strategy across LinkedIn and Email.
Over 6 months, we targeted clinical trial decision-makers. We generated $380,000 in opportunity value, ensuring they launched with a fully booked cohort of trial users instead of starting from zero.
