Challange
Fermada had world-class manufacturing capabilities but lacked a systematic distribution channel for EMEA.
Despite delivering massive projects like the Istanbul Airport and Louvre Museum, they needed a proactive, scalable way to identify and onboard qualified distributors across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to drive consistent export revenue.
Goal
To engineer a cross-border distribution infrastructure from the ground up.
The objective was to move beyond reactive export sales. We aimed to identify high-value partners, standardize the onboarding process, and build a predictable network of distributors to act as their local sales force in key international markets.
Solution
We acted as their "Head of Global Expansion" for 1.5 years, building the system and the network.
We defined the ideal distributor profile, built the outreach infrastructure, and executed the recruitment campaigns. This resulted in a functional, active distribution network across the EMEA region, securing long-term export partners.
