Goal
To implement a predictable, founder-led outbound sales system that targets high-value accounts.
The objective was to bypass intermediaries and build direct relationships with international founders who needed MVP development, securing higher margins and long-term retainers.
Solution
We installed our signature "Sales System" and defined a precise Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
