The $300 Sales Stack
Jan 6, 2026
Infrastructure
Most founders burn cash on enterprise tools they don't need. You don't need a $25k Salesforce contract or a ZoomInfo subscription to book meetings. You need agility. We utilize a "Low-Code" stack that combines Notion's flexibility with the AI power of Salesforge and the depth of SearchLeads. Here is how we build a global sales engine for under $300/mo.

The Brain
Why rent a rigid CRM when you can build a flexible workspace? Notion is the perfect source of truth for early-stage pipelines.
Traditional CRMs like HubSpot can feel like “admin jail.” For the first $1M in revenue, we use Notion. It allows us to build custom "Deal Boards" that fit your specific sales process, not the other way around. \n\nWe create a linked database: one view for “Leads,” one for “Companies,” and one for “Active Deals.” It’s fast, collaborative, and costs next to nothing. Most importantly, it keeps the data strictly in your control.

The Fuel
Don't pay for data subscriptions. Pay for results. SearchLeads gives us verified personal emails at scale.
The old way was buying a $15,000 subscription to ZoomInfo. The new way is SearchLeads.co. We can scrape Apollo searches or LinkedIn lists and get them enriched with verified personal emails for a fraction of the cost per lead. \n\nThis is critical for "Founder-Led" sales because personal emails (gmail/outlook) often have higher open rates and reach the prospect on their mobile devices, bypassing corporate firewalls.
The Engine
The execution layer. We combine Mailforge infrastructure with Salesforge AI and LinkedHelper automation
Infrastructure used to be a headache. Now, we use Mailforge to spin up burner domains and mailboxes instantly, solving the deliverability problem in clicks. We plug those into Salesforge, which uses AI to personalize emails at scale so they don't look like templates. \n\nSimultaneously, we run LinkedHelper in the background. It safely automates connection requests and follow-ups on LinkedIn, ensuring we are hitting prospects on both channels. This "Omnichannel" approach doubles our conversion rates.
